Terms of use or ToS page, need help
Hey warriors, I'm in the process of getting my site together and need a Terms of service or terms of use page. Not really sure how I go about getting one of these or what exactly I need. Can I find one of these on line, or do I need a lawyer.
Basically my site is much like Post secret in the sense that people submit content and it gets posted, and when I get enough of it, I plan on compiling a book and publishing that to sell.
I want the page to say that they retain artistic rights to the work, but by submitting it to the site, they grant me the ability to publish it. Something to that effect anyways.
All in all I am terrible with the legal aspects of these things and any help would be appreciated.
