I have a blog that has information and tips on local businesses(Like plumbing services).I only have Google Adsense installed.

I want to sell leads to local business as i have heard they pay well.

What is the Next Step? What do i need to do now?Setting up capture pages? What things do i need to capture? And What else?

Thank you in Advance

I am no expert... But IF I was looking for a plumber, I'd be interested in one that could come right out. Like in an hour or so. If I called the number of the web site and was told I had to wait while an available plumber was found (IE: time to sell me as a lead). I would probably try else where 1st. Same if the phone wasn't picked up in 3 rings or so. I mean, if you NEED a plumber... most would need it NOW!

Now an attorney of some kind might be a different matter. If who ever answered the phone explained they were a service that specilized in matching up a perfect lawyer for a client... I'd be more willing to wait. After all, it isn't like I need one of those to show up by lunch time.
