    We use eticket - a ticket-based (obviously!) system that is free, and pretty easy to install. I like having the questions and responses all in one place for later reference (and they don't get lost in all that email!). Also, you can assign certain tickets to individuals, which might come in handy. You can check it out at http://eticketsupport.com Best of luck finding the best solution.
