INTERNET MARKETING

I just logged in to create a buy now button and its all completely different

It would be nice if they let us know occasionally when they are making changes.

Kim,

You're asking Paypal to keep us in the loop of what's going on??? That would be a true first.

It is nice to see some improvements to the PP back end however.

  This drives me wild but I have to say that producing my latest "buy now" button was a little less painful this time. I'm not quite sure what has changed but it seemed easier.
  
  There menu titles are inscrutable however and I have to search and search to find simple things.

  Now that I use DLGuard, I don't even have to bother creating buy now
  buttons anymore. DLGuard handles that all for you.

Yeah, you forgot paypal is an ebay company. Customer Service is nigh unto a foreign concept there.

  I gave them a call and they answered on the first ring and helped me immediately. I've called a couple times over the past year over various issues. PayPal has excellent customer service.

Yeah they did that about a week ago ... They also have encryption certificates if you go to profile and look under seller preferences you will see a new encryption certs section...

Anyone else having a problem after a purchase, it doesn't take you to the download page? You know where it says Paypal refreshes every 5 sec? My sales are stuck there today. Strange.

Takuya, that's happened to me recently too. when PayPal gets stuck after payment, if you click the refresh button (F5), that will often get it going again.
