I need expert help with my email list...

Hey everyone,

Long story short I let my list build up on autopilot over the past year and only had 10 days worth of auto responders setup from whenever they opt-in....

I know pretty stupid on my part but I have never been good on finding content to give my subscribers and feel like they will just send me to spam after 7-10 emails...

I really want to give my subscribers great content and make money from them at the same time as I know I am losing ALOT money every month by not promoting to them or keeping them actively clicking...

I have a list of 5,700 in one niche and a list of 8,200 in another increasing by an average of 50 per day I just never was good with building my backend responder I know lot's of ppl would kill for a list like this but I had ton's of stuff going on...no excuse just didnt focus on them...(14000+ total subscribers double opt-ins)

I know they are buying because I am making a few grand per month with the products I am having them opt-in to, to buy...

I know I am going to lose some subscribers when I add new content and messages since I have not kept in contact with them and they won't remember who I am, that is to be expected but where do I start.

Can anyone recommend an amazing course to get that will help me bring my list to life again? :confused:

How many times to promote a product per month?
How many soft sells?
days between a soft sell, hard sell, how to build up after opting in to sell them again? etc

I have ton's of questions and need lot's of help....lol
