Hi.

My 1 page adsense site got deindexed from google, its nowhere to be seen.

Will adding more pages in anyway help to remedy the situation or is it better to start again?

Thanks.

Jim

It might help if you add more pages and get some backlinks. Also, take the Adsense and affiliate links off it for now.

      Why take the links off?

It helps to show it's more of a legit site and not just MFA. May or may not help you get it re-indexed but it can't hurt.

      Thanks - Taken Adsense off.

It got to no. 2 two weeks after creation and two weeks later its nowhere. I did have over 200 backlinks from a variety of PR sites in a nieche with little competition.

ouhhhh. 200 backlinks in two weeks will sandbox you in heart beat.

Google doesn't like backlinks that come in too quickly. I would be surprised to see your site rank highly again.

Also, are you sure it's deindexed? Just because it's not showing highly in the SERP's anymore doesn't mean it's deindexed. Probably just sandboxed.

What? I had weeks when added more than 2000 links and I never noticed any signs of sandbox. Even if you do as many links as I do they will never be picked up by google at this same time. And one more things "Sandbox" is a combination of many attributes not only links.

    Hey,
I purchased a WSO from the wonderful Patricia Lin for some linkbuilding and thought I'd share something that Patricia Lin emailed me with my report which may explain what has happened to your site.

"Please take note of a phenomenon which we call the "Google Dance". Basically, shortly after you start building links to any site, you might experience a movement in Google. You may see your site go back down, or even appear to be de-indexed. This is NOT a penalty though. This is normal and temporary. It happens to EVERYONE and your site will be right back up in a few days or so."

Hope this helps and I hope Patricia doesn't mind me posting it.
