Put this in your datebook

I decided to try an article submitting service and was in the process of checking my links (they tell you to check before submitting) and when I went to my affiliate sales page it was not there. Just a message saying the page was being updated.
I was lucky that all I had to do to change it was change the redirect to another Clickbank product and upload a new picture.
So, now I'm going to check all my affiliate links on the first of every month! I have no idea when this product went offline and product owners don't ask you to register with them for important update messages so I guess it's up to me to keep current with all my links.

Yeah - I have had this happen to me before. I got lazy and didn't figure out what happened until quite some time later.

what I do now with all my links is never link directly to the other site - all of my links point to a subdirectory on a site I own and use a .php redirect to the actual offer. That way if the actual link ever changes (or I want to offer a different product) I only have to make 1 change (on a site I own and have easy access too) rather than worrying about trying to change links in a bunch of articles/pages/posts.

try it - if you need help on the .php redirect just google it and there are pages (also on youtube).
