How to write a resource Box with high click rates?

Please help, I must be doing something wrong.
I have now over 30 articles on EA in several niches, and the average click rate is 10%. I know that the resource box must be catchy and interesting but it is obviously not when there are not more clicks.

Here are the resource boxes that must be improved:

1. women's health niche 10% click rate:

2. weight loss 6,5 %

3. solar energy 14%

I don't know why people just don't click the links, I would if I read the article... any suggestions are highly appreciated.

Your resource boxes seem to be just fine but you could tweek them a bit. I get very good ctr's on my articles and I make my box very simple. I basically just put a call to action. Something like this:

If you are spending way to much money on your electric bill there are solutions! All you have to do is CLICK HERE.

Short and to the point and you are kind of playing off emotions. Who doesn't like to save money? Do you see what I mean?

Also, you may want to consider that it could be your actual article that is causing such a low ctr. If you supply them with too much information, why would they have to click your link? They got all they need. Now, if you don't give them enough that can hurt it, too. You want to find a balance beetween the two. I am not saying to not write quality articles but you are trying to make money. Another thing that you have to do in the article is make them feel that your solution is the only thing that can help them. You want to target on thier "pain". If you are selling hair growth shampoo for instance, you want to list some of the embarrasing things people deal with when they are loosing their hair. EX: not attractive, makes them look old, etc... It might not sound like a nice thing to do but in such competitive markets you have to do it.

If you make them understand their pains and make it seem like your product is the only way to make them "better" you will get your click rates up and your sales. Just keep the resource box short and to the point.

Take a look at your articles and think of ways to make them better. Take my advice and try it on a few articles and I would be willing to bet that you will do better.

    I hope that helps!
