Has this ever happened to you at Ezinearticles?

This isn't the first time it's happened, but it's taking longer than normal. I submitted an article waited a few days only to receive an email from them that there's a problem with the article. No big deal I'll fix it, but there's nothing in the email that indicates the problem, it ONLY says to contact them. But it's taking them longer to reply than submitting the article for review. In the meantime I have no idea what the problem is so I can't fix it. It's an original article, I had it outsourced and then I changed some of the material so I have no idea what's the problem.

Unfortunately, when we dance with the 800 pound gorilla of IM, we find that they expect to lead. It's either dance with them or stand on the sidelines.

Or start submitting to all the other lesser article directories (and that's when you discover that they have their odd traits as well).

I've had a similar problem with them in the past (twice).

Both times, it was because I'd submitted the same article to GoArticles under a different pen name. They wanted to verify if I did actually own the article (had to send them screenshots of my GoArticles account)

Yeah, it sucks. It seems that it is just a general email they send out if they don't like your article. You have to dig into their terms to find out what the problem is. Yes, it would be nice if they said, "your article is not active because of the title, please change it".

Unfortunately, charlesburke is right, just learn how to fix them unless you don't want to use them anymore.

It's an original article, I submitted it there first even before putting it on my website. I know kinda backwards thinking, but I just wanted the backlinks, when I use it on my site I'll SEO it.
The thing that's frustrating is I'll fix it if I know what it is, but they take the time to send the email and it's not a canned response, but the don't say what the problem is, but they'll have to do it anyway when they respond to my email. We just play email tag for a few more days when it seems unnecessary.

Happens all the time. You just have to play by the game. It is annoying I know but what are you going to do?
