Animated Banner
I need a software that help me created animated banner such that each time when the animation is showing one banner, the user click on the banner, and at that instance, it will bring it to a particular website. When the animated banner change to another banner at a later time, and the user click on it and it will bring it to another website. Thus, each animated banner frame corresponds to a unique website.
My question is if there is any existing software that can help me perform this task? If there are, which is the best and which is the cheapest? Thanks.
