Monetizing This Site Possible?

Hey guys,

Before I was into IM I started a website to give the visitors something specific. Over here in Holland there are cinemas with a "sneak preview" showing. I dont know if youre familiar with this but it basically means theres a movie playing and its a surprise which one it is.

The disadvantage of this is sometimes paying for a movie that doesn't interest you in the slightest. My website shows what movie plays a few days beforehand so people can decide whether to go or not.

It's a Dutch website so clickbank products or other affiliate products won't really work out. Dutch people aren't big online credit-card spenders. The site gets about 2K visitors per month which isnt a lot, but it is something.

If I can't do anything with this I'm dropping the website as it takes time for me to update (about 10 minutes, 10 minutes I could spend on something more efficient)

The URL is Sneak Preview Rotterdam - its pretty empty right now, my host had a problem with my account so i lost all data and backups...

Any advice is much appreciated, thanks!

    Are there a lot of people that see these movies? If the market it big enough you could do well.

    I assume it is cheaper to see these mystery movies? I'm guessing a person could save themselves a lot of money by waiting for the movies they actually want to see. Perhaps try to get people to sign up to a mailing list with a weekly update. That should bring people back to the site and help you build steady traffic.

    Yeah a lot of people see these movies because like you said, they are indeed cheaper to go to AND come out a lot earlier than the official premier.

    I tried an opt-in form a while ago but it didnt work out. I think I'm going to try again.

    I was thinking of contacting the movie theater and creating a Buy Now button on the website. Giving me commission for each sale, but I'll have to speak to the movie theater first.
