I want to write down the names of people who contributed to my success since the day I became the member of WF and they are:

James Stein AKA TheRichJerksNet, Jay Extreme, Alexa, Kay King, Peter Gibson, Keith Kogane, Allen Graves, Andy Henry,Kenjitay, Steven Wagenheim and for those that I can't remember, I am sorry if I did not mention..

Each time I find a valuable posting in WF, I will jot down the names and their postings in free mind..

I think the key is to always provide valuable contents to potential buyers without thinking much of sales.

I know how you feel. Even though some time has passed since I made my first sale, I still remember how good it felt (I even remember the niche and the money page that made the sale).

Just wait until you receive your first commission check! Make a copy of it (as well as your next several commission checks) and keep it where you can look at it to help you stay motivated.

Continue working at it and add to your knowledge. Take time to THINK about what's working for you/what's not working for you.

Congrats for your first sale. Even though I made my first one several years ago I still remember it. And frankly today I still love to see the PayPal notifications when I run a offer. It's also a blast to get an affiliate check of $1000.00 or more. I grin from ear to ear when that happens.

You are absolutely right when you say it takes consistency to make those sales. Now ramp it up, wash and repeat.

Keep up the good work! I remember my first sale, I honestly didn't think it'd ever come, and then one day I logged in and there it was BAM!
Haha I don't think it was much maybe $30-40 but I was too excited.

I think everyone who even dabbles in IM needs that first sale to say "hey, this really is possible!" to really motivate them and keep them truckin forward to sale number 2, 3, 4 and so on.

I have been online for longer than I care to remember, and hardly making a lot of money. Bu this year I have felt very confident that this year, 2010 is going to be a good year.

I agree with Lisa - that feeling doesn't go away! You get that anxious feeling just as you log in to your clickbank account (or wherever) and then WHOOOOOOSH!! What an adrenaline rush when you see a sale (or more for the internet superstars

Hi tiffany, don't give up. the trick is implementation. pick something that's already selling and just try to put it before hungry customers. e.g. electronic cigarettes are selling big right now. so for example, if you chose that you could, oh lets say create 10 articles on the subject and sell them to Internet marketers for a good bargain. just trying to get your creative jucices flowing

I also made my first sale in clickbank today. Unlike you, I am still in shock, I keep on checking to make sure the sale is still there, I am in shock...I am not even able to work. I worked so hard/confused from last year August and I have refused to quit, I have no many options. Now I have to make like five more sales to get my check, I heard so, I got to keep working.

I would like to congratulate you !

For sure, it's the happiest moment when you're receiving your first sale/commission.

I would add another piece of message here... DOCUMENT EVERYTHING DOWN (For example, how you did your keyword research, how did you set up your campaign, how did you track your campaign, what article you've written and where did you post your article, etc)...

You're going to love that because :

1) Next time when you're referring back to your previous project, you'll see your very own progress, and that's gonna pump up your adrenaline and move you forward evenmore.

2) You can then start to teach your son/grandson/dad/mum, anyone else to do like what you did.

3) You can now document a short report and create a list with that free report! Or you can even sell it at lower price to start to create your own list! Don't forget that many people in the forum or the entire universe are not even making their first dime yet, on the internet!

I am doing article marketing. I don't have my own product so I am an affiliate marketer.

I write an article, submit it to my site first( as I learned from Warrior Forum and those people that I mentioned before) then I submit the same article to few article directories(including Squidoo,Weebly, Isnare, goarticles, etc). You can submit to lots of article directories

I also submit to Free Traffic System. They allow you 2 links.

I also do pinging and socialbookmarking.

I have facebook account and twitter account also. I use su.pr and buzzom to help me out.

......and once a day at least, I do blog commenting by posting ONLY valuable comments.

Actually, there are many more things that you can do.

As I am STILL LEARNING, you should ask other people who are making daily sales. I will be asking more questions on the things that I don't understand in future because I still have much more to learn.

Keyword Research is also important, I will get ideas from google keyword external and I will put myself as a buyer and ask myself, what will I look for I want to buy that thing? Not EASY!!

There are lots more that I can emphasis but you can GET it ALL in this forum by using search function or asking questions.

MOST IMPORTANT of all is to really put effort in writing the articles consistently. For now, I am still a slow writer but definitely there is a marked improvement from the first day I started writing.

Everything that I mentioned here is what I have learned from Warrior Forum.

Lots of feel-good sentiments here...but if you want to be "in it to win it," stop weeping and celebrating and focus on the work. This is a shark pit. None of us are in this business to make $20 and brag about it. I commend your first sale, but I wonder whether you'll be on this forum a year from now... because at the end of the day, this is a hardcore, serious work.
