Wow! That is asking a lot. How large a Corp. is it? You have to be talking in the thousands I would imagine but it depends on how extensive a job he wants you to do and how large the company is?

Wow you should charge $500 for everything. It all depends on what kind of results you can produce. He should be ok with $500 however if your really good charge more.

The keywords that I have looked at are doable. I know I can get it to the top of the search results its just going to take some time. Its not a main stream field the industry is large but not overly competitive online.

After getting feedback from here, it would be a good idea to search around for companies on the web who can do that, get their pricing. Then put together a formal proposal and sit with your friend. Ask, what kind of budget did he want to use on this. Show him the proposal, and at the end of it, of course reduce the average cost to whatever you feel is ok for you, and wait for his response. He should go for it, and you should do it as A: It's money in your pocket, and B: it's more experience that you can market later.

    Just my thoughts,

I would map out the hours you think it would take to accomplish each task. Once you have that you can put a per hour charge to each to come up with your price.

With SEO, it's advisable to ask for an ongoing monthly fee so you don't get stuck building links three months down the road with no more money coming in for the work.
