An Incredible Way I Made $15 This Morning, Lesson Learned And A Piece of Advice!

I was going through my emails this morning, guess what I saw? I saw a mail from a warrior telling me that he has just transferred $15 to my AlertPay account. According to him and I quote,

"I was very sad this morning as if I woke up on the wrong side of the bed but something asked me to turn on my PC and visit the Warrior Forum. I turned on my PC and the very first post I saw was your post. Then, I decided to click on it and I did. I was reading the post when I looked at your avatar, and all of sudden I started smiling like you. So, I decided to send you $15 for turning my sadness into smiling."

I would have mentioned his name but he pleaded with me not to do that. However, I really appreciate you Mr... for your unexpected gift.

Lesson Learned: There is nothing as rewarding as being and showing your real positive self to the world around you because you may be doing someone somewhere a lot of good without knowing it. And you might be doing yourself a lot of good too.

A Piece of Advice: I advice you to use your real picture here because you never know what good may come out of it. And let the picture carry a smiling face. After all, it takes less energy to smile than to frown.

Enjoy your weekend and keep smiling!

Lol - I read once on a poker forum about a guy who sent some famous rich player $10 randomly via the poker rooms, just to get his attention.

The rich guy sends back $100 !!!!

The guy who receives this gets excited, posts about it on a forum.

Now I imagine the rich guys gets many more random $10 sent his way, so the $100 is an investment for him!

lol. Well when you're Phil Ivey $100 doesn't mean much.

I remember reading that, too. Didn't realise there'd be some 2+2er's on here!

Lol ... Yes 2+2 ... Phil Ivey thats the one! I had a brief interest in poker as a way of making money, but realised fairly soon how much damn hard work it is, and how few people could really pull it off. It's a zero sum game after all.

It is nice to see that people still care out there. It is a great gesture and an act of kindness. But, we tend to get that a lot here at the WF.
