Need To Find A Good Order/Customer Tracking Software???

I am venturing into the website design business and I was looking for some either free or reasonably priced order/customer tracking software or spreadsheet.

Idealy I want something to track orders placed and wether they have been completed or not.

I am not looking for anything to be completely automated but just enough so that it will keep me organized.

Any tips on what you do personally would be helpful as well.

    Driven- You can try www.freecrm.com. I haven't used it myself but have heard it's good for a free app.

    This is the perfect little project for a homemade spreadsheet. Just make columns for things like date order was placed, date is was shipped, tracking number, date the tracking site shows it was received, etc. For what you want, the time to set up anything more complicated would just be a distraction. If you want something slicker, install Mantis for free but I think it's overkill for you now. Keep it simple.

    Thanks alot for the responses. I am going to take a look at the free crm and if that is not what I am looking for I'm just going to go with the spreadsheet.
