Micronichefinder support?

Anyone know how to contact support? I'm upgrading to a new computer and having trouble installing it. I've already submitted a ticket about 3 days ago and received a confirmation email and sent a email to his gmail address, but no response. I've just submitted another ticket and got the same email confirmation that it was received, but instead of waiting for another 3 days I thought I'd ask here. If it's something other than the gmail address just send a PM.

    I don't know if this is still a working email address, but it used to be James Jones email. He's the product owner.

    Otherwise just keep submitting support tickets every freaking day. I like the program, but their support is very spotty at best.

      Yeah I tried the gmail address, but didn't get a response. But the support ticket finally did arrive. I'm a happy camper again
