Pricing for a membership site

I am working on a membership site, and am really struggling with pricing.
For you membership site owners out there, how did you figure your price point and structure? My site will be based around accounting systems for small business owners/online marketers where they can go for resources and tools for simplifying their books and accessing them from anywhere/anytime.
The content is still a work in progress, but will consist of how-to videos, step-by-step tutorials, and for higher level members will have some one-on-one time with me.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
