Google animation factory. One of their subsidary companies offers unlimited image Dow loads for 1 week for $15.

I'd find the URL myself right now but I'm on my phone. The link should be on their website.

+1 for istock.

Pretty cheap as well unless you're looking for huge sizes or complex vectors.

24,000 images, about three quaters or the 80 artists allow commercial use if you donate an amount of YOUR chosing to a charity. It is on an honor system. Top or each page indicates whether commercial use is OK with donation. If you choose a pic worth $5. to you, send $5 to a charity. (There is a charity page with our favs if you don't have one) You can even use and wait to donate after where it is used begins to produce an income. If it never does, no need to donate.
A lot of the images are 'girlie' in nature, but there are some gems. An artist named Just Carol does some kool cartoon ones.

I also like Photo: free photo and free stock photo - Photoxpress - part of the same company as Fotolia, but the images are free. There's obviously not such a wide range, but I find it great for some niches.

  Thanks

my personal choice is fotolia.com
They have a huge inventory for even the rarest of keywords that you can think of, their search function is very cool, the matches are almost precise
PLUS they are damn cheap
