EZA New Feature: Traffic Search Terms

ezinearticles is now offering Traffic Search Terms stats to its premium members - could this be the biggest carrot yet for upgrading to premium membership?

    So, if I understand that correctly, everyone will get to see the top 5 search terms, and premium members get to see the top 30. So, everybody gets something!

    that is a cool new feature. I am not a premium member and that will not entice me to become a premium member. Pretty cool though.

    Was actually just in my account and have about eight articles waiting to be approved. If I were to spend the $97 a month it would most likely be on a service that automated article submissions and video submissions.

    Waiting on the articles to be approved does not bother me that much.

    Anyway, thanks for pointing this new feature out.

      This sounds great but I've just checked my stats for my most popular article and its showing keyword searches for:

      hair styles for women in their 50's
      hairstyles for women in their 50's
      hair styles for over 50
      short hairstyles for women in their 50's
      over 50 hair styles
      hair styles for women in their 50's
      hairstyles for women in their 50's
      hair styles for over 50
      short hairstyles for women in their 50's
      over 50 hair styles

      Only problem is my article is nothing to do with hairstyles!

              The stats are right though - I typed 'hairstyles for women in their 50s' into Google and your article was the first result.

              I spent some time going through my stats last night and I can't say that I picked up anything useful from them. Because most of my articles are keyword targetted anyway, my articles are being found for the exact keywords I was targetting. No surprises really.

                Very strange - as the word 'hairstyles' does not appear anywhere in the article and is definitely not one of my keywords.

                Makes you wonder about keyword targeting in general!

                    I've given it a try and the information is extremely useful. Many of my articles are bringing in traffic from keywords I never even considered.

                    The approval times are fairly impressive at the moment as well - just got one article approved in 25 minutes !

                    Not sure if it's worth the money yet but looking good.

    This is a great new feature! Kudos to Chris Knight. You know what lesson I'm learning from it? Long-tail keywords are the key. Almost every article I have there is being found with keywords that are 3 words or longer. I guess I know what I'll be spending my time doing this weekend. What'd I do with that keyword research software? Dangit... I gotta get organized better.

    Oh, and the hair styles thing... I sold a hair styles site a few years ago for mucho dinero and I can tell you with certainty that it's LSI at work. Skin care, beauty, anything along those lines will trigger related search returns as well at Google. Looking at your list, they're all long-tail keywords, which is also not surprising.
