Looking for trends to monetize on

Does anyone know of places to research the latest trends and topics that people discuss, participate, are marketable too.

Niches that are growing with tons of marketable oppurtunties.

Im looking for google trends, those die down quick, except for the sports and entertainment news.

Im looking for the hot topics that are easy to find and monetize.

You should be able to find more than you can handle with just those.

  i know that there are more places beyond those sites where i can get the latest trends on any niche. those sites usually list trends that deal with disaster, entertainment, movies, celebrities, sports and are hard to monetize
