Does This Tic You Off?

Hi,

I made a post last week about the new
trend in marketing videos, you know the ones
with no controls that go on and on and bore
you to death.

There were mixed feelings posted about those
videos.

So I am curious, how to you feel when you go to back out
of a sales page and you get the "Wait" message?

The reason I ask is because I just tried to back out of
the Software Submitter Pro sales page and had to click
on NINE! OK buttons before it was gone.

I think Adeel is a warrior I don't know about Bobby Walker.
But if you guys could tell us how this is working for you
with proof I would love to see it.

P.S. Just so there is no misunderstanding. I am fine
with exit splash and exit pops. It's the nine times that
I am curious about.

    9 times seems to be too many, I'd definitely try saving the exiting traffic with one pop-up though.

      Those Ok buttons really annoy me to...even 1 of them annoys me!
      But I guess that they are effective, otherwise people wouldn't have used them.

      If there would be a global system for rating websites, I would definitely give a thumbs down to the "ok" button sites.

    This has been discussed before on this forum
    and 3 times was the most I heard of. Again once is OK with
    me if it leads to a discount in price. I even exit on purpose to check
    for a lower price, but 9 times!
