What Is Your Daily Marketing Routine?

Do you guys mind sharing with us your daily internet marketing routine? I think this will give alot of stuck people some good insight on what they should be doing.

        It depends so much on what you're good at and what you're outsourcing. Do what you're good at and outsource the rest. If you don't have any money...do it yourself. Cheers!

    A lot of your marketing plan depends on what you're selling. I sell a service - SEO writing - so I market to SEO companies. Every day, I type "SEO Company" (without quotes) into Google. I find the contact form or email for each SEO company and contact each to offer my writing services. I contact all companies on one page of Google results per day (with the search set at 50 per page). All of this takes about 45 minutes. The email is short and to the point. The SEO Company can decide within seconds whether I have something of value to them or not. That way, I'm not wasting anyone's valuable time and I'm providing a valuable service to those who need it. Marketing affiliate programs, for example, would require a totally different course of action. It all depends on what you're offering.

    1. Haul ass out of bed at 9.30am
    2. Turn on computer, grab a drink, hit the shower
    3. Fire up google chrome and load gmail, reddit, xkcd, facebook
    4. Browse for a bit
    5. Grab breakfast and coffee
    6. Start "work" at 10am
    7. ???
    8. PROFIT!
    9. Hit the hay at 1 or 2am
    10. Rinse and repeat

    I wake up at 9 a.m. and work. 12 p.m lunch. 1 p.m back to work. 3 p.m. study. 4 p.m. back to work again. Break from 5 to 7 p.m. Then, guess what? Back to work until I go to bed! I do this everyday except Sunday. Oh, and the occasional Saturday when I take the fam somewhere fun.

    All this while trying to avoid distractions (kids, wife, t.v., etc...).

    My wife says I work to much but it pays off!

    When I first got into internet marketing I read all of those guru sales pages where they talk about how they made $100,000 a year from working 30 minutes a day. Well, needless to say I found out real quick that's not how it goes. So, that is my advice for anyone getting started in this field. You have to work for what you want because it is not a walk in the park.

    I got a little off topic for a minute! LOL!!

    I work from 8am until 12 noon updating my blogs, tweeting back to my followers, retweeting anything interesting and then work on my latest product.

    12 noon until 1pm have lunch and watch the news, catch up on latest business and sport

    1pm until 5pm work on helping people with blogging, counselling and also do some internet training to keep up to date with everything then yet more work on my product creation.

    5pm to 6pm Exercise

    6pm to 7pm Answer emails, catch up with my skype friends

    Monday to Friday with the weekend off for my wife and kids!

    Oh yes every other wednesday afternoon either golf or bowling...tough life but I love it!
