Problems with StatsJunky?

Hey folks,

I purchased the StatsJunky product over a month ago, and it just refused to work correctly with some of my Adwords accounts, for some reason.

Finally gave up after exchanging several tickets with their support desk.

They advertise a 30-day moneyback guarantee, but all of my requests for a refund (well within the refund period) have been ignored.

Are StatsJunky strapped for cash or something??

Has anyone else experienced any refund issues with StatsJunky???

I gave up as well. They are a slippery lot.

Here is an email I received from him months ago.

I'd like a refund too of $349 but it is not forthcoming. He is a thief.

so, is Stats Junky totally dead and gone? So much for buying lifetime access to anything.....
