Offline Marketing for registering marks company

Hi all,

I'm looking for ideas on how a company that registers trade marks might actively look to promote their services via offline marketing.

I thought things like
tradeshows - having a stand there
entrepeneur magazines
TV advertising on business channels
Radio advertising
Holding a Trademark evening for local businesses

Any other ideas?

    - JV with other lawyers (probably get most leads this way)
    - Have an ad in trade mags that draws people squeezepage - offers free report on Trademark secrets (see the second link in my sign to see what I am saying)
    - Scare tactics or studies that show exactly why they need to search and register.

    Can't go wrong with Press Releases to local newspapers or articles to industry magazines.

      Perhaps having the company owner write a book and publish it and therefore give perception of expertise too.

      They could offer a free evening on Trademarks and importance of trademarks.

    Ask the client what the most asked question his/her customers ask and make a report of that. Simple.
