Best List building Model

I am finally getting my act together when it comes to building a list, I've only dabbled with lists over the past 3 years so as a result i have about 10 lists with a few hundred members each some of which will be duplicates.

Should I continue to build the current lists or place all new subscribers onto 1 prospects list then from there work at moving them to a customer list.

I've got a truck load of stuff coming online in the next 6 months so I need to get a good model in place.

Hey Mark, I am building my lists too. and Im intending to keep them as separated as possible. hope this helps !

Try to build a new list for each industry you are selling in. Some can be cross-sold, but it's best to have 1 seperate list for each new project to keep it highly targeted. Try a cross-promotion and get them to sign up to a new list themselves ... then grow that new list just like all the others. Best way: Squeeze Page + PPC. Easiest and fastest way!
