Virutal Chat Agents

Have any of you tried a virtual chat agent that has pre-made responses in the chat box?

I remember coming across one that was really good because it got activated as I was trying to leave the site and offered a discount on the product. This actually made me more likely to buy it.

I found this one, MyChatAgent

but I was wondering if you know of any others and what type of experience you have had with them? As I am considering adding them to my sites.

    I always get pitch emails from guys selling these. I can see WHY it would work but IMO, not worth the huge price. Short: I dont really like it as it sjust a script and people arent that dumb.
