Are you looking for someone to give you a third infraction Jose?

We are all here to help each other... your post seems meaningless. Other than to make fun of James.

      On a lighter note...

Congrats James you are taking a step in the right direction. I also like the layout of your blog... would you be able to tell me the name?

Ahhh I see it is apart of Atomic Blogging

I don't mean to be rude, but I wouldn't exactly be shouting this out at the rooftops.

200 subs in 10 months is bad - there's no other way to put it.

But glad your being positive, keep it up

Don't be so hard guys, let him have his moment of glory. Everyone needs to start somewhere and 200 subs is alot more than many people on this forum have. Well done!

        BUT

In business, there is no point sugar coating things, we are helping him by being truthful.

I agree - but success means different things to different people. For instance I personally wouldn't be happy with less than a five figure monthly income, whereas many others are happy to be scraping four.

I think the main thing is to be happy with how your own business is going, and if the op is happy, then great.

In some niches 200 subscribers could make you some decent money but I personally wouldn't get too excited about 200 subscribers in the internet marketing niche.

About what I was going to say, without the IM bit.

If this niche is comprised of only 300 people, he has hit a home run.

I know I will be laughed at when I announced that I got 200 subscribers in 10 months.

In actual fact, I did not really promote my site alot when I started list building. That explains the low number. I got most of the subscribers from paid advertisement until one day I found out that I am making a lost and stop advertising. Nowadays, I got subscribers through youtube which is free.

Also, my list is not responsive as most of them do not really buy the stuffs I market to them.
Most of my stuffs are PLR and I priced it quite low but I seldom get any sales.

I do not know whether I should continue paying aweber every month if this continues.

                Anyone can help?

                    Leehink,

I apologize if my post was disrespectful or meaningless. I was not trying to offend you or make fun of you in any way.

Keep up the good job, build trust with your list and don't try to advertise a different product on EVERY email.

                    Hope that helps.

                  Hi James:

Well, think positively -- you still have 200 more subscribers than you first started right?

Why not ramp up your traffic efforts before you think about stopping your aweber account? Maybe you could try free traffic methods (aside from youtube) instead? Perhaps some article marketing?

Also, I noticed that your blog is an Atomic Blogging one. Did you get the template from the ebook or Avin's course? If yes, I believe Alvin outlined various free traffic methods to try, no?

Keep pushing along, James. As JamesW pointed out, in the IM niche you need to grow your list much more before you see a decent response to your offers.

                  All the best then.

                  Congrats -

You took the first step because you got off your butt and went to work trying stuff.

                  Bravo!

Now you have to learn what works and what doesn't work.

With a mixed-bag list from several sources, many times you have to 'force' people to 'raise their hand' and tell you in what they are really interested.

Then you can segment [separate] your main list into sub-lists which are usually more responsive because you'll then begin to talk to them about what they really care about [whatever that is.]

You can do this in several ways, but check out Survey Monkey's free membership option and see if that helps you...

They are at SurveyMonkey.com - Powerful tool for creating web surveys. Online survey software made easy!. [Not an aff link.]

                  {And no - they are not related to Allen's monkey!}

I remember the first person who ever subbed to one of my lists years ago, and I also remember when I hit the 100-mark... 1,000-mark... 5,000-mark, and other milestones... all at one person at a time.

As a point of comparison only -- not from a position of boasting -- I did a JV with Mark Joyner and got over 1,800 new list members in a couple of days.

I also added thousands of other list members to my various lists in a similar fashion by doing JVs with other marketers. So if you want to build your lists super-fast, simply learn the proper ways to do JVs...

Go check out my limited-time WSO at The Warrior Forum - Contact ANYONE - The Ultimate JV Manual - 90% off! before it's gone. [It's still the first and best 'real' resource on doing long-term and highly-profitable JVs.]

I heard Frank Kern mention that Jason Moffatt had a list of 500 subscribers...

I also heard him say that he mailed to that 500 person list and made and insane amount of money...

      Dude... 200 is better than 150, 100, 50, or 25.

Yes... what the guys are saying is true. You definitely want to build up that list.

But congrats on 200 subscribers... well done!

      Hang in there!
