where do i get custom opt-in forms?
I want to start using an autoresponder on my blog but I want a cool customized opt-in/sign up form.
I've looked into all the leading autoresponder softwares and they all have the option to customize the form, but just basic things like size, color and font. Aweber has a few nice templates but they are nothing like what I want.
How do the pros get those nice custom opt-in forms with a picture of their free ebook or other unique graphic?
