I'm looking for a tool to scrape articles from sites like ezinearticles
goarticles for keywords & downloads the articles are there any.

Keyword Elite 1.0 Project 1 did that, however, not very well in my option. Why are you trying to scrape articles? I'm pretty sure HyperVRE can do that, however I don't recommend it.
