I have a new website that I need help in gaining new free members, I need a way to reach the masses at a reasonable cost. I use adwords and with some success at a real cost. I need help. Any suggestions?

    - submit to directories
    - write articles relevant to photo sharing and journaling and post to article directories
    - use TheRichJerksNet (James - owner) social bookmarking solution - low cost
    - use Google to find blogs in your two niches and post good comments
    - try advertising on Adbrite, lower cost than adwords. can also run banner ad campaigns
    - there's a thread that appeared not too long ago with a link to a nice free banner creation app. you can use that
    - create videos for your site, or have someone make them, and submit to youtube, etc.
    - write a press release about your site and submit to onlywire for $20
    - use ppv advertising for exposure
    - profitsmart has a wso that teaches how to do your own ppv campaigns. it's good.
    - search for relevant ezines and see about advertising in them, or write an article for use in relevant ezines
    - post classified ads in hundreds of places. some services will do that for you.

    that should keep you busy for awhile. most of it is free, so you pay with your time.

    Don't go to work alone, perhaps it'll be boring. Share the works with your family members and trustful friends.

    Keep scaling up your PPC by going to Yahoo Search Marketing and Bing. Do Joint-Ventures with other Forums/Websites, Link exchanges, Media Buys.

    Try youtube. Make a helpful video about your niche. Then tell them to subscribe to your site for more tips on your niche.

    Use the following:

    - article marketing: write articles and submit to many article directories like GoArticles, Buzzle.com, articlebase,and many others.
    - Use Blog marketing: post content to your own blog. Then use onlywire to submit content links to bookmarking and social networks.
    - Comment on other Marketers' blogs

    These methods do not cost money but attract traffic.
