- The Wordpress Hierarchy -

I'm a pure html boy but I've been using Wordpress for some newer projects I'm working on and I wonder what you think the best structure is with respect to the hierarchical structure of a blog site. Let me elaborate.
Adding numerous articles, as posts, and scheduling the drip feed onto the site, along with my permalinks being extremely SE friendly, I'm starting to drive some hefty traffic to my new embryos...
I've noticed from my analytics stats that people are coming to my site for individual article/posts, not the domain as a whole, and I have not set up any pages on the blog, only categories.
As for permalink & SEO purposes, what do you believe is the most ideal hierarchy structure:
Domain.com/Page/Category/post-title ?
I had the idea of setting up a page for each article i.e.
Domain(keyword).com/Page(keyword)/Post(Keyword)
