I realized the other day, that I've been running around making another job, and am way too involved in everything my "company" has going on.
Sure I have a few employees, and sure it makes some money, and sure it can do some of it on autopilot.
But, it's not even close to what my initial idea was.
I've tested out a variety of monetization methods, promotion methods, lead capture systems, tracking, traffic and become pretty good at them, but there's NO unified concept (hedgehog concept) around them.
So, I had read Good to Great, and Built to Last a few months ago, and really was struck with how much potential these companies tap into. How their entire industry can be stagnant, and these teams can beat the market by at least 7 times.
That being said, I'm looking to get my hands on a couple of high quality, business organization systems. Stuff comparable to Eban Pagan's Get Altitude and Rich Schefren's Business Growth System.
I think I might purchase the Business Growth System, but I'd really like to see what else is out there before I dive in.
Thanks in advance.
