title-tag & header1 question

Clarification for SEO, if anyone could please...

Looking at my site's html code, what should be in my site's <b><title>..</title></b) title-tag? the URL mydomain.com, or the name/description of the site.

At the moment, the <b>title-tag</b> has mydomain.com , and <b>Header1</b> has the name (description) of my site.

    Hi,

    If your domain name has the keywords in it
    then I don't see a problem, but if you want
    it to be different words than the domain name
    then use the keywords from your description!

      The title tag should contain any keywords or keyphrases you have targeted for your website - it is the most important SEO tag on your page for keyword ranking.

      It should also tell the reader something about your site - preferably with some sort of appealing call to action to make them visit. You could possibly put your domain or brand name in at the end if you wanted but don't make it too long .

      remember it's the main information displayed in the search engine results so you have to put something in there that encourages people to visit.

        Also, some SEO Algorithm Pros mention that the FIRST words in the Title Tag would be the most important ones for that page.

        Don't forget that if you site is more than one page, you should attempt to dynamically change the Title Tags for each page.
