Need Help! How can I get customers to my online store?

Hi:

Does anyone have any advice as to how I can get customers to my online store? I know that I have good products and my prices are very reasonable. I've had it up now for 3 weeks and still no customers. I've tried ads in my local newspaper, the online yellow pages, I sell on ebay and when I make sales I refer my customers to my store and still no customers. I've also tried backlinks. I really believe in this store and know whenever or if I do receive customers they will like my products. What are some ways to advertise other than writing articles. I'm willing to put in the work but not sure know where to start. Can anyone please help or tell me if anything is wrong with my store-design, products, prices, name, etc. lowmarts.com

    Why dont you try using Google Adwords, Yahoo Search Marketing and MSN Adcenter? That drives quality traffic that can be measured, tweaked and analysed to a T.

    I'm getting an error message when I try and view the site. If that happens regularly, then it's not a big surprise that you're not getting the custom.

    It really depends what you're selling and why customers would buy from your site as opposed to the more established competitors. You'll almost certainly need to look at paid traffic (unless you want to do a very slow promotional campaign). Capitalise on your ebay feedback, perhaps through classifieds or an ebay store.
