Bulk Leads: Sometimes It's Real... Funny Story

Hey,

So listen to this story.

I'm testing out a new lead system that I receive 1,000 leads per day that are double opted and committed to receiving more information on "Niche X"

So, about 35 minutes ago I received an email with my leads.

I'm going through the emails and seeing a lot of aol, yahoo, sbcglobals, the standard list. So, I decided to take the next step, so I chose a random person in California named Judy and called her based on the data.

Expecting no one to answer...

Judy: Hello this is Judy!

Me: (Slight Shock of an Answer) (Time for Improv)

uhh... uh, Hi Judy, my name is Steve from a New York based Advertising Firm and we are just confirming some data, it shows on my screen that you have signed up to retrieve more information about working at home?

Judy: ummm, I don't think I did?

Me: I see.
Me: Well in the past 24 hours have you signed up for any information.

Judy: actually come to think of it, I signed up to receive information about a multi level marketing business

(some bull **** explained)

Me: Ah, I see, ok, that explains it, well, my company tries to match you up with the best work at home program based on who you are and what you like, we just ask you to fill in a simple survey and we will email you what we feel is the best program for you.

Judy: That sounds easy, what do I do.

Me: How about I send you instructions in an email

Judy: Ok great.

Me: Judy, I appreciate your time. Have a great day.

Ok that took fast thinking on the phone, thank god I did so many cold calls in my past, however, it was cool that she was a real person and signed up to receive real information.

Sooo... I really had nothing to email her yet, and didn't want to keep her waiting, so I emailed her a CPA offer.

The whole reason I'm making this post is because she actually filled it out and I received $.15 in my account.


Should I call the remaining 999.
