Hey
With my increasing workload the need to hire *someone* (cheap!) to do tasks like back link creation (submitting my articles to directories and adding my sites and RSS to directories and social bookmarking sites, etc) has grown too big to ignore.

In the past I have used scriptlance.com for one off jobs, but more often than not the work is over priced and under performed.

I think the best thing to do would be to outsource to a part time employee, (or at least a consistent and reliable freelancer) but when it comes to that I'm a little lost!

Any help greatly appreciated.
Cheers,
Nathan.

You can also try amazon mechanical turk.
I personally hired someone part time to do this. The main issue you're going to run into is having enough work to justify a permanent employee. I think you got that issue covered already.

Onlinejobs.ph - there a Filipinos that are capable of work for a very reasonable price and can be dedicated. Before hiring them, you may need to interview them and let them write a sample to know their skills in writing content. Also, you may want to look at their expertise.

Goto elance.com and post what your looking for. Look through feedback and past work. Interview each over the phone. Do a small test with them. See if you like them, If not move on.

I went through about 10 designers until I found a gem...and there is no way im letting him go anywhere!

You really need to find services for back linking that are known and reliable or the hard work you are doing will be lost in the SPAM ZONE as I call it! I suggest you read testimonials of warriors to make sure that you are using a good service!
