Question - E-Junkie Something is NOT right

Ok I use E-Junkie for a site to sell a product.
Some people pay with Paypal and most pay with Clickbank.

Well it has been over 1 DAY and 1 paypal SALE
And E-Junkie does not even display that 1 sale within 1 day.
And NO Sales with Clickbank

VERY WEIRD
Anyone have this problem

I am concerned someone or a system is not working.
I usually get at least 5 or + sales per day EVERYDAY
And I can understand a bad day no sales
But I got 1 by Paypal, and E-Junkie does not even have a record of it.

Please anyone see this before

I've never had a problem with E-Junkie at all. So, a couple of questions:

    * I know when you get a paypal payment through E-Junkie the transaction description starts out with "Shopping Cart Payment Received", followed by a unique transaction ID. Does the paypal transaction you got have this?

    * If it does have a unique transaction ID as described above, what happens when you go to E-Junkie admin, click view/download transactions, then search for that ID?

You could try making a purchase yourself with E-Junkie to see if there is a problem with the system. You can always refund it later. Even if you incur fees its worth doing a live test like this.

Ok I learned my lesson, careful when updating a site.
I noticed visitor would come to the site and leave.
So I remembered I added a video commercial.
Well this throw people away because it started to auto play and the visitor would leave.
So I removed the video and BANG, started back up today with normal sales.
    Was not e-junkie etc...

That's an interesting point about the video commercial. I personally click away when all I see is a video. I skim read pretty fast and it takes forever for most videos to get to the point so I never bother.

I wonder how many other people are turned off by videos?

I don't like videos. I'd rather read paragraphs than have to wait for a video.

      Just my opinion.

Funny thing is I click away from commercial
AND I added it cause I thought it was a cool video.
VERY strange only got 1 sell in more than 24hrs when I usually get average like 8

Good thing to know you're making 8 sales per day consistently.

Havent had any problems with E-junkie myself. i dont know with other warriors but I generally put my product on e-junkie first before I list it at clickbank so I can make necessary changes before it goes to my affiliates to promote.

Glad you were able to sort things out.

    Thanks everyone.
hey quick question, is it a good thing if a site gets consistent traffic from msnbot, googlebot and yahoo slurps? I mean I get hammered from msnbot and googlebot and they appear as unique visitors.
