what use is a video plr for?

hi guys, we all know what a ebook plr is . My question is what use is a video plr for? i mean there is no way that you can edit it and even adding it to a course that you made seems ridiculous since the voices will be different.

I use audio and video plr as bonuses to products if the content is relevant...I have found that you can give a lot of valuable information that way..

I depends where you buy it - I usually offer the source files so that they can be edited with a different voice or music.

Videos can be a great way to give a powerful message and many people don't have the technology, the knowledge or the confidence to create them, so it makes sense to let someone else do it and plr is often one of the cheapest ways to get that.

Here is a short video on 1 way you can edit the look of the PLR videos.

A lot depends on what files and the quality of those files you receive with your plr video package.

Basically, you are customizing the background image or Power Point Slide type image or whatever you want to call it. If set up properly, it is quite easy and not much work is required on your part.

If you are interested in more details on how this is done just let me know and I'd be happy to explain further.

Thats great, cheers for that, it makes sense now, at the end of the day video is the new sales tool, and so are PLR products so it only goes to say you have a winning combination with these two avenues!

          Great video....John.

That is true - any plr should have editable source files. But PLR is not always about changing the product. It's yours to package any way you want it, and if you add it to a course, it's not ridiculous if you are not pretending it's you. I have seen many courses with video supplements, and you just have to say: here are some helpful videos that illustrate what we are trying to achieve here. The customer couldn't care less if it's your voice or not, so long as the quality is there.

If you do want to re-voice videos, (particularly if the original quality IS bad) it can of course be a real challenge timing the voice precisely to what is on the video, not to mention making the whole thing sound professional.

For that you often need to seek out the skills of an affordable voiceover professional.

    Hint Hint.

  • I believe users that purchase video PLR are purchasing it due to the rights associated with the product. For example you can take the PLR video and add it to another complimenting product, post it on your site to compliment content, give it away to your members/list as an incentive, etc.

It is important to note in this age most users are visual learners. The younger folk are not interested in reading through pages and pages of content in my opinion. They prefer to watch an hour long video clip on a topic rather then spending the time to sift through an ebook or report.

The only downside to PLR video when added to a complementing product is that it is very difficult to update if the information has changed.

    Hi desmond,
video PLR are very useful. For one, by just changing the name of the video after your download it you can resubmit it to video sites for added exposure.

Another thing you can do is download the video and then use windows movie maker or a similar service to watermark it. You can then edit any aspect of the video you want and either submit it or include it as bonuses in your own products etc.

    Hello Desmond,

There are some very good suggestions posted here.

The PLR part - depending on the actual rights given - allows you to do a great deal with the videos in order to create additional value from either just the plr videos and / or the entire course you are adding the videos too.

You can separate the audio from the video and provide it as an mp3 file to your course as supplemental information to help reinforce what the course is teaching.

You can get it transcribed, if the transcription does not come with the plr video package, and take screen shots of various parts of the video and put them together with the transcription to make a graphical ebook and add the mp3 file and you have totally transformed the plr video into a brand new product.

There are actually several ways you can re-construct the videos if you have the proper tools and most of the premium tools..Camtasia Studio for example, has free trial periods for you to take advantage of.

Granted, I am a little biased, but having private label rights videos & a little know-how, can add a great deal to most any offer.

    I hope this helps.
