Paypal and Hiring Issue(s) for one Of My Writers- What Can Be done About That?

I have a writer who cannot be hired, not because people will not hire him/her, but rather because of a paypal issue. Because they were new to paypal, when they started getting payments for articles, paypal shut them down citing some thing or another.


Which means in the meantime he/she cannot really make any money. They also do not have a credit card or anything like that.


So is there another way for this writer to get hired and paid other than paypal?


Any suggestions?

    Google Checkout may work for you. There are many payment
    processors trying to nibble PayPal's market.

    Ok, but what if warrior forum is no longer an option for them to be hired? Seems to be a truckload of problems for my writer all in one go.


    They can still head over to elance and get hired? Or can I advocate for them on here?

      Well if you want to hire this writer, that would help, otherwise that is the point that I am trying to make. That this writer is having difficulty getting hired now due to various road blocks.

    Why not get a paypal account under a business name? Or this writer could sign up for a premier Paypal account.

    Epassporte would also be a reasonable alternative, depending on the country of residence. The advantage is that they send a debit card attached to the account to many countries so that would help with non existent credit card.

      Well paypal has nothing to do with them being hired; it's simply a means to get paid.

      I think we were all under the impression that getting paid was the problem, not finding the work.

    You can ask your writer to sign up in rentacoder.com
    (you sign up as a "buyer" too) they will pay him directly (twice a month)
    using other methods other than PayPal.

    Also if you are sure that he/she will continuously be providing you with contents
    you both can setup payment through something like entropay.com

    He can then withdraw cash from ATM, or purchase things with the card (POS purchases).

    Send them a check via USPS and it will reach them within 7-10 days. The age old method for payment transfer

    Or you can also consider western union money transfer service.

    Their first stop is contacting paypal and explaining the situation.

    Then they will probably need to submit proof of who they are and then normally around 4 days later its re-instated!

    That's basicly what happens in cases like this.

    If not then google checkout is a good alternative to choose!

    They can try demand studios and craiglist in gigs. They seem to have some jobs there. Or they can write articles in bulk and then sell them in different forums.
