WP- Where do you insert the Ping list?

On Wordpres, where do you enter your Ping list?

Admin page, plugins? users? appearence?

can somebody please give the location, thanks

    Go to settings, writing and scroll to the bottom. You will see a
    section there called 'Update Services' - just paste your ping
    list into this box and click the 'Save Changes' button.

    It is totally wrong to put there huge "ping lists".

    Explain why do you need more than the default service... which in turn pings dozens of other services?
