Ezine Articles. What would you do?

Dear fellow Warriors!

I've been writing articles for other people for quite some time but have finally been persuaded to submit a few 'for my own account' and was wondering if I could draw on the Warriors' collective wisdom for a bit.

I would like my articles to go on 'autopilot' once I have submitted them (if such a thing is indeed possible!). The thing is that I still have my writing business to maintain and I am therefore not likely to have lots of time to build lists, blog etc. So if you had 30 articles ready to submit to Ezine articles what would you do?

a) Include a link to a TLD that immediately forwards to a CB affiliate link.

b) Include a link to a TLD with some content (a 'presell' essentially) and a link to a CB affiliate product link.

c) None of the above...

I look forward to hearing from you!

I usually make a landing page that pre sells the items
then send them off to the affiliate program.

I dont think EA allows you to directly link to a CB
products, you buy a domain and redirect to aff product

    Hi,

I don't believe EZA will allow you to do a)

      Dear 'Exrat'

Thanks for the answer. It seems they would allow it as long as you own the domain you send them to - and they are then auto redirected from there. This means that whatever appears in your your resource box is not an obvious affiliate link.

Make a landing page ... this will give more confidence to the potential customer to go forward with the purchase... Because the people who are reading the articles are not prepared or are not in buying frame of mind. However, when they visit your site and read about other things and find something usefull then its much easier for them to go ahead and buy something...

Statistically having a decent Landing Page converts far better then sending the traffic directly to the sales page ..

        my 2 cents

          Thanks Tirmizi,

What do you normally do, just a one page 'presell' or a full-blown website?

Well said, that is a good approach as I use it myself. A simple blog or squidoo can be very affective. You may even want to include an honest product review somewhere on the landing page. If it is your own product have someone do a review for you and post it. If you are an affiliate then contact the pulisher for a review copy.

          Cheers,

          Paul
