This is my marketing process so far.
NOTE: I'm assuming that you already have your domain, your hosting, your autoresponder, your wordpress blog and your squeeze page up and running.
First I take one of the main keywords of my list made using market samurai (I simply love it), and write a 500 words article around it.
Then I rewrite it and make six more articles (If I'm in the mood I write seven different articles but this doen't happen so often). I compare their uniqueness here http://www.jetchecker.com/comparers (thanks to John Schwartz for the tip) and check that has more than 50% different.
I take the original article or the best one and submit it to ezine articles, linking my blog (in the body) and my squeeze page in the bio box.
The second article I post it in to my word press blog, linking my squeeze page, and then I ping it using pingoat.com
The third article I use it to make a Squidoo lens, and link my squeeze page and my blog. I also add some pictures and RSS feed.
The fourth article is turned into a hub page, linked to my squeeze page and my blog
The fifth article I shrink it into small paragraphs and bullets and make a power point presentation with it, then I recorded using Camtasia and read the article in the background (This is actually fun stuff). Then I upload the video to TubeMogul linking to my squeeze page. I put the video in my Blog as well.
The sixth article Is a short version of the previous and I convert it into an Aweber broadcast email to my list linking to my offer page (affiliate link) this can be a follow up message as well depending on the topic of the article.
The seventh article I submit it to other article directories using Article Mass Submitter (I used to use Viral submitter but I found this one better). Linking obviously to my squeeze page.
I take pieces of my article and post comments into blogs with the keyword luv plugin installed and post in forums linking to my blog (the most time consuming part).
I tweet about my new video, my new lens, my new hub, my new blog post, my new article, mixed with pieces of content (from the article) in this order, two content tweet and one promo tweet. I use Tools to Boost Your Social Media Productivity SocialOomph.com (former tweet later) to schedule the tweets with an hour of difference.
This process take me about four hours (divided in two days) and I repeat this process three times a week (with different niches).
Is all done by the book (or books, trainings, webinars, seminars, videos, etc.) I drive traffic to my site, free traffic. I built a list and made some money (not in the IM niche of course is so hard to rank well in this one) so this system works. But I feel that still there is something missing. The ultimate revelation that will take me to the next level.
Do you think this is proportional to the time spend? Or perhaps is a matter of how well the sales page of the product I promote convert? How can I measure how well a non Clickbank product convert?
