Hey

Quick one to the point. Ive done tons of searches for this answer and cant find it so here goes.

Do I need to have a domain and hosting to upload new themes and plugins to my Wordpress blog?

    Yes, you need both domain and hosting to upload new themes and plugins to your wordpress blog.

    Your hosting account stores the wordpress files into which you install theme and plugins. Your domain name is the address people can check your blog.

    If you need hosting solution you can contact me because you would normally spend $9 for domain and $4.95 per month for hosting i.e approximately $9+$59.4=$68 per year.

    I will show you a trick whereby you will only spend $70 for 2 yrs or $40 for 1 yr including domain name.

    Correct, plus it really is so much better to have 100% control of what you can do on your own blog. The domain and hosting costs are well worth it.
