WT@$#---Offline Confusion?!??

Hey guys, I finally have the time to tackle a new project and I decided to focus on helping people locally sell and rent their homes. (the whole offline, online thing)

I know what takes (as far as the photos, videos, presentation and SEO) but I'm not sure what is fair to charge people for selling or renting their homes. Should it be a flat fee? A percentage of the sale/rental? Should I consider charging just for the listing service?

I'm hoping some warriors can help me figure out the best way to tackle this.

    It may vary as by the looks of it you are helping 'people' and not 'businesses' here right?

    Check out Kelly Verge's wso and also Maria Gudelis[i hope i'm spelling her last name right]

    She has got some killer stuff on that offline online thingy and lots of awesome videos on her Blog which are free that might help.
