Setting Up an Affiliate System

Hey,

I've never set up my own affiliate system before and wouldn't know where to start.

Has anyone ever setup their own affiliate network before (not clickbank). I heard iDev is a good system but wouldn't know more than that, or how easy/complicated it is, ie how much technical skill is involved, etc..

Anyone who can provide tips/feedback or a point in the right direction would be much appreciated.

    Rapid Action Profits is good, but it takes a little tech knowledge to get it set up correctly

    Not going to lie to you, there is some technical skills involved and you need a really good tracking. Furthermore, there are tons of scripts on the market, some free while the better ones are some money. Secondly you can set up your affiliate program with PayDotCom.com and use PayPal Mass Pay to pay your affiliates.

    Start, Promote and Manage Your Own Successful Affiliate Marketing Program <--this one has some good features, and it is self-hosted. They have a paid version awhile as a free version.
