Any free/low-cost video hosting service without ads?

I'm building a website where I need to have videos, currently I was just going to embed the YouTube versions on the page, but now I realized there is advertisements popping up on them. Well, this site sells actual physical products, so advertising for someone else would be pretty dumb.

What do you use for streaming video on your site?

Yes, wbakos is right. Screencast. It's owned by Techsmith - the Camtasia people.

It is free for up to 2 gigs of storage and 2 gigs download a month. That's about a thousand views of a minute and a half video.

One you have your site bringing in money, and you need more space/bandwidth, you can easily afford the $10/month for the paid version.

  Yeah, I'm concerned a little about price (for her, not me). My client has a popular Vlog channel on YouTube, she has almost 200,000 views and over 4,000 channel subscribers. So I have to keep that in mind. The website I am building is her online store, where she will sell physical products she makes herself, which she already does on eBay, multiple dozens of sales a week. It's also a sub-niche of a huge niche, so the potential for tons of traffic is very real, and quite honestly expected.
  
  However, she should be making a lot more money, so maybe the cost will end up being a moot point.

  S3 is a premium-priced service. Ie. It's spendy for what
  you get.
  
  You can self-host super-cheap and it will probably be
  fine unless you're dealing with the spikes in traffic
  characteristic of IM product launches and sites that
  get popular on, for example, Digg.com.
  
  You can remove the ads to some extent from YouTube
  videos - play with the embed options. That said,
  I think for a free embed host, Viddler is better and
  last I checked, did not have ads present on embedded
  videos.

  S3 says it is .15 per GB, so to compare to Screencast who offers 200 GB / month for $8.83, Amazon S3 costs $30.00/month for the same thing.
  
  Is there anything special about S3? Any reason to use them at the more expensive rate instead of Screencast? I don't want to use the cheapest service just because it's the cheapest service, I want to make sure there isn't something majorly useful/good about the more expensive one first.
