I purchased Dave Guindon's VirtualSmartAgent two months ago.
So far I have not had any results but I think that's due to a poor sales message in the popup box. I am going to start experimenting with big discounts to try and get attention.
ONE PROBLEM: Support!
I purchased the extra package that comes with additional bells and whistles. Unfortunately I lost the download link and emailed tanis at daveguindon support dot com with my purchase details and a request for the link. 1 month later: No reply.
I used the Contact Form on Dave Guidon's support web site 4 days ago. Still no reply!
This may seem a good product but quite frankly the support seems pretty poor.
If anyone knows how I can get through so as to get the products I've paid for, I would appreciate knowing.
