Easiest Way For A Newbie To Earn Online

If l was starting all over again today l would choose a niche, set up a blog. For those of you that are unaware of the idea of a blog, a blog is basically a website which has a simple interface and allows the owner to upload updates ' in the form of 'posts'. Most blogs are hosted on free web space, with a free URL domain name. Therefore they are completely free to set up. Before you can start making any kind of money from blogging you will need to create some interesting, unique content. Try and be completely original. The next step is to generate targeted traffic to your blog, l personally found this one of the hardest things to do when l first started. This is where a lot of newbie's give up there internet marketing dream because they don't know how to generate traffic. The truth is a lot of marketers we struggle to even get 100 visitors a day to their sites. There are many ways to generate traffic to your blog such as article marketing, blog commenting, social marker, YouTube, forums etc. It's quite simple to generate traffic once you know what you doing. TRAFFIC + CONVERSIONS =SALES

Some gurus will tell you to be successful you will need a massive list but this is not true. You could have a list of 15,000 - 25,000 people (low quality traffic) but if these people are not interested in what you are selling then they won't be spending there hard earned cash with you, you will just be wasting your time. Aim to get targeted traffic who are interested in your product. When you have built a list from your targeted traffic think about what sort of value you can give to your subscribers. Think about the service you can provide to them. My advice to anyone who wants to make a living from the internet is to make sure you value your subscribers as individuals. You will start to gain there trust which means they are more likely to buy products from you in the future.
Setting up an internet business is not rocket science. It is quite simple really, if you looking to make money online by promoting someone else product all you need to know are the basics involved in creating your own website/blog, and generating traffic.

Good luck to your future

Is this to promote your sig links? Did you copy and paste this info from a PLR ebook?

Not sure where the value is here. Your sig links all lead to a blogger.com website where you attempt to teach how to make money online, more like presell people to buy a coaching program of someone else's, I assume the same one you bought and are following a "forum marketing" tactic to promote the product you bought?

Sorry to be harsh, but there's no specifics in your post, just high level info (some of which is incorrect) that basically leaves the reader with:

    - build a free blog
    - get traffic (but it's hard)
    - internet marketing is simple

Looks like Lee McIntyre really knows how to sell his customers on becoming affililates. Good for him.

My question is, if you're struggling to figure out how to make some serious money online why would you start teaching what you obviously don't know how to do yet and bring others down a path of frustration and confusion?

      Hey Scott,
Yes I too get jaded my these 'types' of posts from new members that look to promote an upcoming WSO, signature link or my old favourite to get a bit of link juice to their site by keyword stuffing their post.

Thanks for your comment's Richard. You seem to be barking up the wrong tree. There is no harm in given newbie's some free advice. I do mention in my post that generating traffic was one of the hardest things to learn. But if done correctly then you can earn some good money. You mention in your post that some of the content is incorrect. What content is that?
I don't want to send people down a path of frustration and confusion. I don't know everything about internet marketing because there is so much to learn but l do believe the best way of starting out is to be an affiliate. Ask me this Scott, what would you're advice be for a newbie trying to make some money on the internet?

That is funny. That is eactly what I was thinking. I am not sure I get this post at all.

However, the best advice I have ever heard in affiliate marketing is simple and sweet. "never give up. Keep trying new things". Sounds like your doing that kinda...

Actually, I think the OP would do well to read this for his own purposes:

Yeah, I read it and I thought it was legitimate as well. When I was first starting out with blogging I would have really enjoyed this post actually.

I just copied the first paragraph into Google to see if there were any duplicates of it out there, which I didn't find.

Then dig a little deeper. Portions of this post are almost verbatim previous responses by TJ. Simply click on his username and read through a few... unless, of course, this is TJ

Good for you, Scott. You took the words right out of my mouth. I agree that the OP's post does not create value, and it does look like it was written by someone who heeded the same misinformation.

I also note that those agreeing with him have 3 (or less) posts on newly created WF accounts. Hmmm.

In there defence l did have a paragraph at the top of this post about myself about how l first started out in making money online which l deleted. It might have come across as l was trying to sell a product, and l can see how this would get on other warriors nerves.
