How do you keep track of all your emails from all your different website domains?

I use MS Outlook (my pop email account) which is my main email account for my main website. I'd like to add more sites which means adding more email accounts.
But how can I put them all into Outlook for easier tracking?
How do all of you nice folk tend to keep track of all your emails from all your different websites?
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I like to use thunderbird from mozilla. You can add a ton of email accounts to it and it works out nicely.

Just type mozilla thunderbird in google to learn a little more about it. It's free.

If you're using cpanel, just set up a forwarder to your main email address

The best option I have found is to use helpdesk software installed on a generic domain name. Then direct all your customers there for support issues.

I route all my different emails via a couple of gmail accounts. That filters everything great. You can then send onto a external email application if you wish.

Instead of establishing an email address for every site; eg. name@thisbiz.com and name@thatbiz.com and name@theotherbiz.com, why don't you just establish one umbrella business name and use it for every site?

If you use support desk software, then Troy Trump has a terrific solution.

I use thunderbird and setup an account for each.

The latest thunderbird has smart folders that group inbox's etc. At first I didn't like (you can turn off) but later I saw the value.

the problem with forwarding is when you want to reply and have the reply come from the correct domain.

Using Thunderbird takes care of that issue.
