There's also a poll so please people vote to see what quality features your outsorcers have and what do you think what best suits your business.

I will name few just to get the thread going:

Quality of work
Additional service

    At the very least, I'd look for someone who knew how to spell "outsourcing".

    All of the above, and good communication. That's the most critical for me.

      I agree on that one - If people connect good it can produce only good things

        @Quilst Yeah, totally

        Also - I don't mind someone being late... As long as I get an e-mail or call the day before telling me it'll be late, explaining why, and giving me an updated deadline.

        If someone has the mindset to take initiative and communicate that effectively they're someone to hold onto.

        Oh also - Haha @ your sig man! I love that movie.

          Yeah, it's the feeling you get after the things get done and if the feeling is good you know you can stick to that person

    Quality of course.

    However, there are clients who just look for the price. Just always remember that cheap rate has low quality. You will always get what you have paid for.

      The most important thing is quality. When I outsourcing, I usually search the review or testimonial of the product/service. If there are 99% positive review, then I choose them.
